Fruited Pork Chop recipes
6 Servings
6 Boneless Pork Chop, 3/4-inch thick
Vegetable Oil
1 can (16 ounce) sliced peaches, drained
1/2 cup apricot or raspberry preserves
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon finely shredded orange peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper 

 

 

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 

2. Brush chops lightly with oil and brown on each side; remove from pan. 

3. Add all remaining ingredients to skillet, stir to blend and bring to boiling. 

4. Return chops to skillet, cover tightly; cook over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until chops are just done. 
Mustard-Grilled Pork Chop recipes
Serves 4 
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
1-1/2 cup diced plum tomatoes
8 sun-dried tomato halves packed in oil, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil OR 1 tablespoon dried basil
1/3 teaspoon cayenne (ground red pepper)
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Fresh basil sprigs (optional) 

 

 

1. In a medium bowl stir together plum tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, 
basil and cayenne; set aside. 

2. In a small bowl, combine mustard, honey and garlic. 

3. Rub mustard mixture over all surfaces of chops. 

4. Cook chops on medium-hot grill for 3-4 minutes; turn and grill for 3-4 minutes more. 

5. Serve with tomato salsa. If desired, garnish with basil sprigs.

 

 

Pork Chop Dinner
4 servings

4 pork chops
1/2 can water
1 can tomato soup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
6-8 small potatoes
4 or more carrots and small onions

 

 

 
  1. Brown chops in skillet.

  2. Pour off fat.

  3. Add rest of ingredients.

  4. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender.

 

 

Coriander-Pepper Chops
Servings: 4
4 1 1/2-inch-thick boneless pork center loin chops
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce

 

 

Combine all ingredients except pork. Marinate pork in mixture 30 minutes. Prepare medium-hot coals in grill bed. Remove pork from marinade, place over coals and grill for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.

 

 

Breaded Pork Chops
Servings: 4
4 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1-2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

In small bowl, combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper. In another small bowl, combine egg and Worcestershire sauce. Coat chops with seasoned flour; dip in egg mixture, and coat with crumbs. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown chops on one side until golden brown (about 4 minutes); turn and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
