Great alcohol drinks
to make for your guests - mixed drink recipes
Manhattan
1
1/2 ounces blended whiskey
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
STRAIGHT UP:
Fill a mixing glass with cracked ice. Add whiskey and sweet vermouth.
Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cherry.
ON THE ROCKS:
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes. Add whiskey and sweet vermouth and
stir. Garnish
Amaretto Sour 2 ounces amaretto
4 ounces sweet and sour mix
Shake and serve. Garnish with an orange slice.
Black Russian
3/4 ounce of Kahlua
1 1/2 ounces of vodka
Serve over ice in an old fashioned glass.
Harvey Wall Banger
1 ounce of vodka
1/2 ounce of Galliano
4 ounces of orange juice
Pour vodka and orange juice over ice and float Galliano on top.
Gimlet
2 ounces of gin
1/2 ounce of Rose's lime juice
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Mai Tai
1 1/2 ounce of light rum
1/2 ounce orgeat syrup
1/2 ounce triple sec
2 ounces of sweet and sour mix
Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass. Top it off with a cherry.
Pina Colada
2 ounces of Malibu Rum
2 ounces of pineapple juice
1 ounce half and half
Add crushed ice and mix well. Serve with fresh pineapple.
Tom Collins
1 ounce of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of sugar
3 ounces of club soda
3-4 drops of tabasco
Shake gin, lemon juice, and sugar with ice and strain into a collins glass. Pour club soda over it and garnish with a cherry and an orange slice.
Margarita
1 1/2 ounces of your favorite tequila
3/4 ounce of your favorite triple sec
1 ounce of fresh squeezed lime juice
4 ounces of sweet and sour mix
Serve either on the rocks or frozen with ice!! Both are nice!! Don't forget the salt!!
Strawberry Daiquiri
3 oz. frozen strawberries
2 oz. of your favorite rum
1 oz. sweet and sour mix
2 cups of ice
Blend!

Old Fashioned
2 ounces of whiskey
1 tsp sugar
dash of bitters
Combine the sugar, bitters, and one tsp. of water and muddle well. Add whiskey, ice, and lemon twist. Mix.
Garnish with orange slice, lemon slice, and a cherry
Grasshopper
1 ounce green Crème de Menthe
1 ounce white Crème de Cacao
2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
Blend to milkshake consistency
Brandy Alexander
1 1/2 ounces ou brandy
1 ounce of dark crème de cacao
1 ounce of half and half
Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with nutmeg.
Hot Buttered Cocoa
1 ounce of butterscotch schnapps
3/4 ounce of coffee liquor
6 ounces of hot chocolate
Mix ingredients in a coffee mug and garnish with whipped cream. You can sprinkle nutmeg on top of the whipped cream as well.
